Previous Building Projects

In the past five years, we have completed commercial contracts including:

  • The New Connaught Rooms, Great Queen Street, Covent Garden: structural alterations and re-arrangement of the ground floor reception and function rooms to create a new bar and reception. Designer: Janine Coates; Structural Engineer: Taylor Whalley Spyra. 280 m. sq
  • Steinway & Son, Marylebone Lane: refurbishment of first floor offices and upgrading of sound and practise rooms. 250 m. Sq.
  • Sellar Property Group offices in Park Street, W1: re-arrangement and refurbishment, including the manufacture and installation of architect designed desks, shelving systems, exhibit stands and displays. Architect: David Money. 300 m. Sq.
  • Blauverd Habitat, Spanish property developers with a property in Wigmore St, W1: structural re-arrangement and renovation, to create new offices with ground floor display and shop frontage. Architect: David Money; Structural Engineers: Haskins Robinson Waters. 140 m. Sq.
  • Iberica, Great Portland Place, Restructuring and alterations up to handover for internal fit-out by in-house Spanish contractors. 250 m. Sq.

In the residential sector, recent projects include:

  • 2 Ellsworthy Road NW3: structural works and complete renovation and refurbishment, both internally and externally, including manufacture and installation of all kitchen units, built-in cupboards and joinery throughout the property. Architect: David Money, Structural Engineer: Leaper & Co. 300 m. Sq
  • Cloncurry Street, SW6: refurbishment of first floor, including structural alterations to create new master bedroom with en-suite and wet room, all built-in glass and walnut, featured in July 07 Grand Design Magazine and see Willson & Bell web-site.
  • 15 Deansway, N2: complete renovation & refurbishment, including two-storey side extension, single-storey rear extension and loft conversion. Architect: Oliver Burston. 200 m. sq
  • 10 Sussex Mews West in Lancaster Gate: completed the restructuring and renovation of this mews house. 180 m. sq
  • 32 Balfe Street, Kings Cross: demolition back to bare brick, including removal of roof, all floors, front and rear elevation walls to first floor level in a mid-terraced four storey house to create two self-contained flats. Architect: Nicholas Mansour, Structural Engineer: Haskins Robinson Waters. 200 m. sq
  • 7 Queens Grove, St John’s Wood. The work comprised the alteration, extension and refurbishment of the basement floor, together with ancillary works at ground floor level. Rebuilding of the rear roof parapet, construction of new patio and alterations to garden levels to the rear. Architects: Glowacka Rennie. 200 m. sq
  • 8 Akenside,Belsize Park. Creation of a glass and copper clad side- extension and complete refurbishment of the ground floor building. Architect: David Money. Client: Sellar Property Group. 170 m. Sq. 79 The Avenue, Queens Park. The complete refurbishment and alteration to a three storey house together with the construction of a rear extension. Architect: David Money.
  • 13 Buckingham Avenue, Whetstone. The complete refurbishment of house and conversion of garage together with the creation of a loft extension. Architect: Oliver Burston.
  • 7 Woodland Gardens, Muswell Hill. The creation of a side reveal and rear kitchen extension.

  • 44 Southwell Road, Brixton. Total refurbishment of an un-modernised villa house with the creation of a rear extension. Architect: David Money
  • 8c Ellerdale Road, Hampstead. Complete refurbishment and renovation of an un-modernised 3rd/4th floor apartment. Architect: David Money 250 m. Sq.
  • 36 Woodsome Road, Kentish Town. The complete refurbishment and alteration to a three storey house together with the construction of a double and single storey rear extension. Architect: Oliver Burston. 180 m. Sq.
  • 1 McDowell Road, Camberwell SE5. Total refurbishment of an un-modernised villa house with the creation of a rear extension. Architect: David Money
  • 7 Lanark Road, Maida Vale. Structural alterations and complete renovation of a four storey property internally and externally with a new roof. Architect: Barnaby Gunnings. 200 m. Sq.
